Comfortably furnished the villa comprises 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin bedded rooms. There is a large bathroom on the ground floor and a shower room on the first floor.

The fitted kitchen is well equipped and provides full cooking facilities,  microwave, electric kettle and toaster.

The comfortably furnished lounge has a satellite TV system together with DVD player.  There is also a video player.

To the rear of the property there is a south facing sunbathing terrace which surrounds the 7m x 3.5m private heated pool.  Patio furniture and sun loungers are provided for client comfort.

Patio doors from the lounge lead to a large covered and sheltered balcony which also has patio dining furniture.

A further balcony is located at the front of the villa and is ideal for soaking up the morning sun whilst enjoying a canarian breakfast.

A safe is provided for client use.

A car is not considered essential for this villa. We would be happy to arrange your car hire requirements to be collected on arrival at the airport or delivered to your place of stay.
