The comfortably furnished lounge has a satellite TV system together with DVD player and cassette player.  There is also a video.

Patio doors in the lounge lead to a large covered area which acts as an extension to the house and is furnished with comfortable sofas.    This area overlooks the privated heated 7m x 3m swimming pool with roman steps for safe and easy entry.

There is a large built in BBQ with patio furniture providing a private setting for al fresco dining.

There is also a separate walled terrace which is completely secluded and is perfect for private sunbathing.

A safe is provided for client use.
