This attractive individual villa is a spacious house built on one level and furnished to a high standard. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one double and the second with a double bed and single bed. The main bedroom has a dressing room together with full bathroom en-suite. There is a further shower room opposite the second bedroom. A convertible bed is available for sleeping an extra person. The spacious lounge and dining area is comfortably furnished and has digital TV, DVD player and radio/cassette player. There is a breakfast bar attached to the kitchen which is fully equipped with full cooker, hob, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and electric kettle.
At pool level there is a spacious BBQ area with further seating for al fresco dining. The heated swimming pool is approx. 8m x 4m. The pool area and sun terraces are very secluded and private. Services For guests staying longer than 7 nights there is a weekly maid service, linen and towel change Car Requirements A car is considered essential for this villa. We would be happy to arrange your car hire requirements to be collected on arrival at the airport or delivered to your place of stay.
