Facilities available to guests staying at Villa Mar include a large garden, swimming pool, loungers, parasols and a barbecue area.

Villa Mar is equipped with bathroom with bath/shower, WC, separate bedrooms, living area, satellite TV, DVD player, dining area, kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and a microwave.

The villa is located in a quiet part of Puerto Del Carmen. Within the vicinity of the villa there are a few shops, bars and restaurants. The resort centre is approx 400 metres away where there is a wider selection of shopping and dining facilities. The beach is approx 800 metres away. Puerto Del Carmen is approx 13 km from Lanzarote Airport.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
