Facilities available to guests include 24 hour reception, money exchange, internet access, conference facilities, hotel safe and bicycle rental.

All apartments are equipped with either one or two bedrooms, bathroom with bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, kitchenette, fridge, internet access, telephone, satellite TV and a balcony or terrace. Air conditioning is provided with an extra charge.

The complex is located approx 150 metres from the sandy beach with loungers and parasols to hire. There is also a variety of water sports to try out. The resort centre, harbour and old centre are all a short walk away. In the centre there are numerous shops, bars, restaurants and nightly entertainment to enjoy. Lanzarote Airport is approx 13 km from Puerto Del Carmen.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
