There is a total of 246 rooms spread over 3 floors, all of which feature private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, safety deposit box (local charge), telephone, TV, air conditioning and balcony.

The apartments are right next to Playa De Las Colaradas and a mere 500m from the new marina area. The ferry port and the centre of Playa Blanca are both 2km away so there are plenty of amenities close at hand. The resort of Playa Blanca is approx 32km from Lanzarote airport.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

Full Board

Full Board consists of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the hotel. Drinks are not included unless specified.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive information is a guide only and is subject to change and/or availability.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the main restaurant.

Water, soft drinks, juices, sangria and house wine are all served with meals.

Snacks such as pizza, pasta and salads are available from 12.30pm to 2pm. Cake and coffee are available from 3pm to 4pm.

Ice cream, coffee, soft drinks and a range of locally produced alcoholic drinks are available from 11am to 11pm.
