The spacious villas have 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, lounge/dining room, Sat TV and safe.

The 2 bedroom villas have 1 double and 1 twin room whilst the 3 bedroom villa has 1 double and 2 twin rooms.

The complex is situated in a slightly quieter area of the resort and is just 150m from the beach and 10 minutes walk from a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The golf course is 20km from the complex. The resort of Matagorda is approx 10km from Lanzarote airport.
