Facilities on offer include pool bar, lounge snack bar, supermarket, TV room, games room, 2 swimming pools (1 with sea water), children's play area, tennis, squash, minigolf, fitness room and sauna.

There is a total of 145, 1 bedroom apartments, all of which feature twin bedroom, private bathroom, kitchenette with fridge, microwave and 2 electric cooking rings, lounge area with sofa bed, TV, telephone and balcony or terrace.

There is a maid service 5 times a week.

The apartments are situated on the outskirts of the resort but still within easy reach of the shops, bars and restaurants and just 10 minutes walk from the beach. The resort of Costa Teguise is approx 16km from Lanzarote airport.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
