There is a total of 48 apartments spread over 3 floors, all of which feature private bathroom, Sat TV (coin operated) and kitchenette with 2 cooking rings, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The complex is situated in a quiet part of the resort and is only 200m from the water park and 800m from the golf course. The beach and the resort centre with it's many shops, bars and restaurants is about 2km away and easily reached by courtesy bus that runs to and from the complex. The resort of Costa Teguise is approx 16km from Lanzarote airport.
